Terms & Conditions

All Pilates sessions must be paid for upfront and are non-refundable.

• All pre-paid packages are valid for up to 3 months from the date of purchase and non refundable.
• Packages cannot be altered after they have been purchased.
• All prices include GST.
• Payment Methods: Cash, Direct Deposit, Credit Card

Cancellations

• Monday to Friday, 24 hours cancellation notice is required prior to commencement of session booked. Please leave voice mail or use online booking system phone call or the session will be forfeited.
• SUNDAY sessions 72 hours notice is required*​

Studio Hygiene

Policies must be adhered to when attending sessions or equipment may not be used.
