Stephanie has a background as an academic and educator. After experiencing the effects of a debilitating auto-immune illness, Stephanie chose to explore a more holistic approach to recovery. Fitness and diet helped her to regain her health and confidence. A complete lifestyle change and new passion for the gym, and a range of outdoor activities led her to a change of career. Stephanie is a certified Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Instructor. She is a qualified Institute of Fitness Personal Trainer accredited with Fitness Australia.
Stephanie combines these qualifications, delivering a unique and holistic approach to total body health. Stephanie has six years’ experience as a food technology and nutrition educator. She is passionate about balancing lifestyle with exercise and integrates this approach in her training.
Stephanie provides nutritional education, assisting in meal plans and this coupled with an effective workout targeting client goals, ensures results. Stephanie aims to take her client goals whether they are in weight loss, toning, or just overall health and wellness and design a program that will be both fun and effective. Exercise is hard work and it’s important to keep it fun and interesting. She is also a qualified Rehabilitation Specialist and Wellness Coach and for those who have reduced mobility or chronic pain, Stephanie can assist in building confidence and restoring a balance both physically and emotionally.
