Steph and I created Pure Balance to encompass rehab to performance, welcoming a diverse range of clients, through a balanced and complete fitness philosophy. Our aim is to inspire health through challenging the body mentally and physically, empowering body awareness and movement.

At Pure Balance, you are greeted by smiling Instructors, committed students, and a warm and positive atmosphere. You are not joining a studio, you are becoming part of a new community.
We welcome people of all ages and abilities. Where required, we offer a bespoke VIP service with sole use of studio space.
The studio features Pilates zones with the newest Balance Body equipment range with the cutting-edge Core Align. The cardio and functional training zone is equipped with NoHRD water resistance, Rip 60 and Kesler.
Inspiring, well-appointed spaces and equipment will promote your enjoyment of the training process. Enjoy subtle custom chakra-balancing light therapy and treat yourself to our personal pampering products to refresh post workout, with purified water and complimentary towels.

Pure Balance Studio redefines Pilates with a hybrid training system combining Pilates, cardio, and strength. These essential training elements make an efficient way to get your heart pumping, tone up, and stay bendy in under an hour. Mix multiple workouts into one session or just keep it pure and find your balance with pure Pilates. All sessions utilise our Pilates zone featuring a full range of Balance Body Pilates equipment. Instructors will also take you through your paces in the Functional Training Zone with NoHRD, Rip 60, Spin, Rowing, Water Training, and Weights.
Our expert trainers offer these special programs complimentary to our Pure Balance:
Hypotrophy & Weight Loss Training, Clinical and Studio Pilates, Pre-and Post Natal, Feldenkrais Movement, Rehabilitation, and Sport Specific Programming & Outdoor Training.

3 private sessions
All clients attending workshops or sessions at Pure Balance Studio are required to purchase a Foundation Membership. Conducted over 3 sessions, this package helps us better understand your individual strengths, limitations, postural requirements and medical conditions. We create a safe and satisfying program tailored to client health goals setting the foundations for improved movement an amazing total body workout. You will receive an ongoing report charting your progress in the studio.

*If a client chooses not to commit to purchasing a Foundation Membership Assessment Package, they may still attend the studio, doing private workouts only (not duets) without enjoying discounted rate.

Our trainers are available to conduct in home session or group classes at your place of business. We can also provide soul VIP use of the studio if you require a private environment in which to conduct your exercise.

Pure balance is a user-friendly program developed for retraining correct activation of the core muscles: multifidus, TrA, pelvic floor muscles and breathing muscles.
